3.2 Product Availability and Service Area

We ship globally but exclude certain remote areas and parts of Asia due to logistical constraints. Product availability is subject to change. An item in your cart is not reserved until your order is fully processed and confirmed.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

• Standard Shipping (Recommended): $12.95 USD via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment. Trackable and insured.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 USD via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment. Tracking may be limited.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our full Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key terms are summarized below:

• Return Window: You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
• Condition: Items must be returned unused, unassembled, in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
• Process: Initiate a return by emailing [email protected] to obtain an RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs and risk unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we approve the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Final Sale Items: For safety, hygiene, and calibration integrity, the following are FINAL SALE and non-returnable unless defective:

  • Cryothérapie equipment.
  • Opened/Used Software & Digital Products.
  • Custom or Special Order Items.
